【個人のお客様】
ご予約日から以下の期間内にご連絡いただいた場合、キャンセル料が発生します。
・体験時間の48時間前まで：0％
・体験時間の48時間前から24時間前まで：50％
・体験時間の24時間前以降：100％
（例：7月4日15：00のご予約の場合）
なお、空席がある場合は別の日に振替可能で、キャンセル料金は発生しません。
ただし、無断キャンセルの場合は、体験料金の100％をご請求いたしますのでご注意ください。

最終人数確定後（体験日の２週間前）以降の人数変更はできません。
Cancellation policy
【for individual customers】
In accordance of our policy, you are required to pay a cancellation fee.
Please not that cancellation fee will be calculated according to your payment.
within 24 hours before the appointed time 100%
within 48 hours before the appointed time 50%
（ex. For reservations made at 15:00 on July 4th)
If there are seats available, you can transfer to another date and no cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that 100% of the experience fee will be charged in case of cancellation without notice.
